How big is the Climbing wall ?
Our climbing wall is 7.4 M (24 feet) high. It has traveling dimensions of 2.44M (8 feet) wide, 2.74 M (9 feet) high and 8.23 M (27 feet) long. Once set up it requires a footprint of 2.44 M (8 feet) wide by 4.88 M (16 feet) deep. Space is also required at the front of the climbing wall to provide a controlled climbing area.
How much is it to hire ?

How many people can climb, and how easy is it ?
5 people at any one time can climb the wall, and it has over 170 hand holds fitted. The wall is configured to accommodate climbers of all abilities.
Is there an age or weight limit for climbers ?
There is no age limit, but climbers have to be within a weight range of 13 Kg (2 Stone approx.) and 100 Kg (18 Stone approx.). We do however seek parental consent when working with minors.
What equipment do I need ?
None - we supply everyone with a safety harness and safety helmet. It is advisable to wear casual clothing, Trousers, T-shirts and Training shoes would be deemed suitable attire for climbing.
What power supply do you need ?
None - the climbing wall is self contained and does not require electrical hook up or generator supply. We do have floodlighting which is ran from our generator for night time use of the wall.
What insurance do you have ?
We operate under £5 million Public Liability insurance, and have a £10 million Employers Liability insurance policy.
Where can the wall be set up ?
We require a reasonably flat area, and careful consideration regarding access to the site (given the travelling dimensions of the wall). Grass or hard standing are both suitable.
What about wind and rain ?
The Wall is fully waterproof, and once erected is a very stable structure. However it is not considered safe practice to operate during periods of heavy rain or strong winds in excess of 30 MPH.
