Bushcraft - Price from £200
We teach bushcraft and survival techniques in unique ways learning from the skills of our ancestors. This can be carried out on your own site or in our woodland setting 6 miles from the centre of Durham. Activities can include:
Fire lighting techniques
How our ancestors lived and survived
Foraging for food
All of the activities and many others can be adapted to suit your requirements or can enhance particular topic studies. We are used by many schools to enhance topics which have included: building roundhouses, studying Kelt and Roman ancestory, survival skills, tracking woodland animals and bringing storytelling to life – perhaps searching for the Gruffalo or Going on Bear Hunt.
